    Quizá una mejor coordinación con los touroperadores. En el hotel de Peulla nos dijeron que el agua no estaba incluida en el almuerzo y hubo que pagarla. En Bariloche nos dejaron en otro Hotel y nos dijeron que tomáramos un taxi para llegar al nuestro porque estaba en una cuesta de difícil acceso para el autobús. Vimos que habíamos parado antes en otros hoteles con las mismas dificultades.

    VisitChile como intermediario debe ampliar las ofertas de actividades y tours que se ofrecen, puesto que uno llegando a Chile encuentra muchas ofertas adicionales.

    I really appreciated the quick response after I tried unsuccessfully to book a trip with Cruce Andino myself. They sent me an email reply stating that someone would reply to me in 24 hours. After 48 hours, I wrote again and also posted something on their Facebook page. Still nothing! Thank you for booking the trip for us. It was wonderful.

    I really appreciated the quick response after I tried unsuccessfully to book a trip with Cruce Andino myself. They sent me an email reply stating that someone would reply to me in 24 hours.
