Hotels were comfortable and services good. Felipe was an excellent driver, very punctual and attentive. Guide good but penguins a bit disappointing. Would have liked the opportunity to see the King penguins colony instead. My fault that I didn't understand the possibilities when we signed up.

We are happy we choose your company, the guides were all very good and spoke perfect English, the bus and other transportation were very good. In Santiago, the transfer from Vina to the airport was perfect, the stay in hotel Providencia was somewhat disappointing as the hotel was under renovation and we could not use the swimming pool (the one reason we chose this hotel). We highly recommend your company....we already have

We are happy we choose your company, the guides were all very good and spoke perfect English, the bus and other transportation were very good, the hotel in San Pedro was great "La casa de Don Tomas" except we probably had the smallest room but no worry, we did not stay long enough in the room to bother us, the food in the hotel was very good and one morning that our tour was leaving at 4:30 am they gave us a take away breakfast. We highly recommend your company....we already have

This is the 2nd time that I have used your website and these comments are specifically aimed at my booking which I made on 10/07/15 for the tour: Puerto Montt - Puerto Varas - Frutillar - Chiloé - Petrohue - 5 days / 4 nights Codigo Paquete: CTP003. We were happy with the services provided by Turis Tour and in hindsight, I could have made these bookings directly with them instead of getting charged such high commissions for your service which was nothing special. I was extremely happy the first time that I used your website but now this experience has left me very disappointed and I will not be recommending your company for any tours to the Lakes District. I will inform my friends and family to book directly with Turis Tour instead.

The Kimmal Hotel in San Pedro was very good. The property was very clean, in an excellent location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Tour Arcqueologico was excellent - a small group with the leader being totally fluent in both Spanish and English and telling both groups of travellers the same information. The other three - Valle de la luna, Salar y Lagunas and Geysers del tatio y machuca were good. The size of the groups was more than I expected and generally, the guides appeared to spend more time focused on the Spanish speaking customers than those fluent only in English. There was no problem with their English speaking ability. To the extent questions are raised during a tour, it would be useful if the leader responded to such questions in both Spanish and English so that all persons felt that they were being given the same information.

Our agent, Gianina Lillo was excellent. She responded immediately to emails and phone calls. She did her very best to correct any issues. I was very impressed with her professionalism. The Hotel Manutara was very nice and everyone there was extremely helpful. The grounds are lovely and well kept. They charged a small amount for pool towels, should have been included, as well as the internet was extremely limited.

I did not use the phone because my cell does not work internationally. It was very good that I got replies to my emails so quickly. I booked the 5 day w trek and first thought your price was a lot. After seeing how much fantastico sur charge per night I was very happy with what I paid. You should provide a link or something to show how much things cost (eg 1 night full board at a refugio) if you don't book with visitchile.
