Day 1: Punta Arenas – Puerto Natales.
(We recommend the first flight to Punta Arenas before 12:00 pm). Reception at the Punta Arenas Airport. At 04:00 pm app city tour Punta Arenas with museum. Return to Punta Arenas. Transfer to bus station in Punta Arenas to take a regular bus at 08:00 pm to Puerto Natales. (249 km / 03 hours of trip). Arrival in the city of Puerto Natales. Lodging.
Day 2: Torres del Paine National Park Excursion.
Breakfast. At 07:30 am approximately, departure from your hotel to begin the full day excursion to Torres del Paine National Park where we will have a panoramic view of the Paine Mountains. In addition, we will admire lakes such as Sarmiento, Nordenskjold and Pehoé. Its fauna will be present through guanacos and foxes, among others, and big variety of birds of easy observation during the trip. A short trek will take us to a big waterfall called Salto Grande, which is part of park hydrographical net. Later, returning to the main way, we will access to CONAF central office in order to continue to the Grey Lake, where after a 30 minutes’ walk through a thousand-year forest we will get to its beach to watch the icebergs coming from glacier. A box lunch is included. At the end of this day, we will be transferred to a Hosteria located in the Torres del Paine National Park. Lodging.
Day 3: Sailing through the Grey Lake.
Breakfast. Transfer at 07:30 am from the Hosteria to Grey Lake area to start a sailing trip through the Grey Lake up to get to the wonderful walls of the Grey Glacier. This tour takes 3 hours round trip and depends on climatic conditions. Menu lunch is included. Return to your Hosteria.
IMPORTANT: The Grey Glacier sailing during high season will be included with a minimum of 8 passengers. Please, ask when booking.
Notes: We recommend you to take the first navigation departing at 09:00 am so you will be able to walk near Hosteria by your own during the afternoon.
Day 4: Sailing down the Serrano River – Punta Arenas. (Exhausting day - 21 de Mayo ship)
Breakfast. At 09:00 am you will start a sailing trip down the Serrano River by zodiac boats with capacity for 10 people. It includes waterproof clothes. The route is 32 kms and lasts 4 hours. It is possible to get a beautiful view of this less-visited area such as the Tyndall and Geike Glaciers, native forests and several places covered with snow. At the end of this excursion, you will arrive in the Bernardo O’Higgins National Park where we will walk in order to get closer to the Serrano Glacier (1 hr.). At 2:00 pm there is a connection with a bigger vessel to return to Puerto Natales. It includes box lunch.
Once in Puerto Natales, transfer to the city bus station in order to get the regular bus to Punta Arenas. Transfer to your Hotel. Lodging (dinner is not included).
Day 5: Punta Arenas.
Breakfast. Morning at leisure to visit main sights in Punta Arenas by your own or by taking an optional excursion near city. After that, transfer to the airport.
