Chile - Oct/2015This is the 2nd time that I have used your website and these comments are specifically aimed at my booking which I made on 10/07/15 for the tour: Puerto Montt - Puerto Varas - Frutillar - Chiloé - Petrohue - 5 days / 4 nights Codigo Paquete: CTP003. We were happy with the services provided by Turis Tour and in hindsight, I could have made these bookings directly with them instead of getting charged such high commissions for your service which was nothing special. I was extremely happy the first time that I used your website but now this experience has left me very disappointed and I will not be recommending your company for any tours to the Lakes District. I will inform my friends and family to book directly with Turis Tour instead.
There are 2 issues which we were not happy about and they were: 1. We purchased a 5-day tour to the Lakes District in the south of Chile and for the price, our expectations were that we have a personalised tour service. This was not our experience and we are joining either "day" or "half day" tours with "Turis Tours" which we could have booked ourselves and it was not necessary to book through your company. 2. I first booked a hotel in Puerto Varas with your company and because your company took a week to respond to my booking, we did not get the hotel of our choice in Puerto Varas. We therefore booked Casa Werner and we paid for extra costs for the transport between Puerto Varas and Llanquihue. We were inconvenienced because of your company's inefficiency and it was not fair to ask the hotel to change their breakfast time to accommodate tour times which we assume should be within our timetable. Chile - Feb/2015Fue mi primera experiencia en contratar por internet el tour y afortunadamente todo salió muy bién. Mi señora y yo disfrutamos el paseo. Me asignaron el Hotel Colonos del Sur Mirador que es muy bueno y buena vista pero tiene el inconveniente del regreso a pie para los adultos mayores ya que se encuentra en altura.

Brasil - Nov/2014Gostaria que tivesse outra forma de pagamento além do cartão crédito em dólar americano, pois pagamentos em dólar são tributadas em 6,8% de imposto sobre o valor. Por exemplo, a melhor forma de pagamento seria em moeda local (Reais) por meio do cartão de crédito. Outra forma seria pagar uma parte (entrada) em dólar americano via cartão de crédito e o restante em dinheiro (dólar ou peso chileno) diretamente para a agência quando chegar ao destino (Chile). Desta forma, o imposto de 6,8% seria tributado somente na primeira parcela.

Colombia - Ene/2014Nos cobraron las entradas a los museos de Frutillar y Ancud y los tuvimos que pagar nuevamente al visitarlos, porque el guía no tenia información, ni los tiquetes. Los almuerzos de los tours al volcan Osorno y a Castro Dalcahue tuvimos que reclamarlos, porque los guías no tenían información
