This city is located in the north of the country. It is outstanding for its archeological remains and incredible desert landscapes. With the magic and mystery style of its streets, it is the ideal destination to be disconnected of the noise.

The town possesses the interesting archaeological museum Padre Le Paige, where vestiges of the Aymaras inhabitants of this zone can be observed. It has interesting buildings as the Church and the Municipality, to rest later in the square.

The main attraction of this zone they are its surroundings, as the Valle de la Luna, which is in the so called Salt Mountain, offering an arid landscape. Also, the Salar de Atacama with the wonderful view of the volcanoes Licancabur and Lascar; and the impressive Geysers El Tatio, which are located 4 thousand meters height, in one of the highest geothermal fields of the world.
