Tour Description:

Day 1:
In the morning you will be picked-up from your hotel.  
You will travel by train from Poroy (Cusco) or Ollantaytambo to
the town of Aguas Calientes through the beautiful Sacred
Valley of Urubamba. Once in Aguas Calientes you will be
accompanied to your hotel.  You will then have the opportunity
to visit the picturesque town of Aguas Calientes independently.  
Day 2: The next day, you will take the bus to the archeological
site of Machupicchu.  You will have time to explore
Machupicchu on your own as well as with a guide. The guided
visit to Machupicchu is approximately two hours long.  In the
early afternoon you will take the bus back down to the town of
Aguas Calientes, where you can have dinner.  You will then
return to Poroy (Cusco) or Ollantaytambo by train, and you will
be taken back to your hotel.

Expedition Train:
This is an affordable yet comfortable train ride option which
allows the traveler to appreciate the beautiful Andean scenery
on the way to Machupicchu.

Vistadome Train:
The Vistadome train has slightly larger windows than the
Expedition train and also windows on the ceiling, which can
help better appreciate the scenery.  A snack and drink are
included with the Vistadome service. In this train there is a table
in front of the passenger’s seat and a little more leg room.
